I am looking for someone to help me share expenses in my spacious 2 bedroom home. The residence has had many renovations done and I will continue to update as finances provide. I am a very easy-going and outgoing individual. I?m a former radio d.j. if that tells you anything. I?m a clean, quiet, non-smoker with a 10 yr old Beagle. My home is centrally located and within minutes to the bus route,Arsenal, colleges, hospitals, shopping, fitness and about 30 restaurants. The home includes many amenities including 2 bedrooms (on main level and one in basement), 2 bathrooms, a large livingroom and dinning area, privacy fenced yard, screen porch and possible garage use, finished basement(with family room & entertainment amenities, shower, bathroom and free laundryroom). Central air/heat/cable/water and high-speed wireless internet. Plenty of televisions throughout including HD plasma in the living room. The available bedroom has a hardwood floor, newly painted & includes a twin bed, dresser, desk, phone/cable hookup & closet. A bathroom with a tub/shower are on main floor just around the corner(1 bathroom on each floor). I am willing to negotiate with you if you are the "right" roommate. This rate is partially based on use of utilities with an average person so for a retiree or someone spending an excessive amount of time there, rent may be higher. For someone wishing to commute, a Monday through Friday tennant would be a perfect fit and a further discount included. I am also willing to consider some discounts if you have a talent with remodeling or landscaping or wish to share household/yard duties. Will consider all reasonable options as far as arrangement and rent. A deposit and consistent rent payments are a must as well as a background check.
